Refund policy

🔁 Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please contact us at support@truelifesupplements.com before sending your return, so we can issue a Return Authorization and provide the return shipping address.

💸 Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your experience—even if the product has been opened—we may issue a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on:

  • Time since delivery (within 30 days)

  • Product usage and reason for dissatisfaction

Once your return is received or your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Opened products must be reported within 30 days of delivery for refund consideration

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or in error

  • Refunds may be denied if abuse of the policy is suspected
